Custom and Personalized Products

Livebetterstore sells custom pet portrait posters made from customer-submitted photos. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit the image provided.

You are responsible for uploading or providing a clear, suitable photo of your pet. If the image is low quality, unclear, or unsuitable for creating the portrait, we may contact you for a replacement image.

Because each custom pet portrait poster is personalized and made to order, cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds may be limited once the design or production process has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that include offensive, unlawful, copyrighted, or otherwise inappropriate content.
